it’s october & all I wanna do is take catnaps

Liam the Cat all snuggled up in my laundry pile, which I should probably clean up and organize soon. A very authentic catnap.

Bonus pictures! (courtesy of a few spare minutes and Microsoft Paint):

This is a picture of myself buried (like Ryan Reynolds) under a jacket and a giant scarf, suffocation level at 40%, holding a cup of coffee and wanting to take a catnap.

This is a picture of myself throwing a tantrum because, though I am really sleepy, I drank too much coffee or soda and am thus unable to take a catnap.

You can also check out some more drawings — as well as hang out & play ping pong & drink beer — at the Project Dispatch event happening next weekend:

“Comet Ping Pong and Project Dispatch present works by Chandi Kelley, Rachel England, Elizabeth Graeber, Dan Hicks, Jason Wood, P. Corwin Lamm, Esther Hidalgo, Chad Yencer, Kristoffer Tripplaar, Jessica Ford, Adam Kramer, Lauren Johnson, Stephanie Kwak, Chris Chen, Jon Lee, Regan Kirelis-Helms, Ariel Wilchek, Becca Kallem, and Frank Adams.

COMET PING PONG
5037 Connecticut Avenue NW
Washington, DC

JULY 23 from 10 PM – 2 AM”

COOL. Yet again, I will make sure to drink a Red Bull and/or a giant cup of coffee so that I will be radiant like a ray of sunshine (or perhaps a giant stack of Lite Brites). I will also probably stuff my face with pizza with a stupid grin on my face, clutching each slice like a ravenous rodent.

I probably shouldn’t eat so much anymore cos I should probably watch what I eat but whatever, dudes. Food tastes good.

A slightly aged disposable camera

Finally got a disposable camera I’ve had for about a year developed, with some pictures more than a year old and others taken last weekend. I guess I still look pretty young, but I look really young in these pictures.

Meet Liam Neeson, The Cat

Liam Neeson, the cat, after a bath

Liam Neeson the cat

Liam Neeson is a very fine looking domestic long-haired cat, once found lurking in alleys and street corners, and now (VERY VERY RECENTLY) residing in my vicinity.Likes include the space underneath the bed, getting rubbed near the ears, sleeping, eating, and doing the kneading-dough thing. Dislikes include taking baths, noises (any kind of noises), and basically, The World.

Liam Neeson the Cat

Liam Neeson also inhabits alternate dimensions, guarding the White Lodge and the Black Lodge of Twin Peaks. He would have been on Season 3 of the television show, but TV audiences weren’t quite ready for him [Plus, he would have to time travel to the early 90s to make his appearances, as he wasn't born yet, and time traveling is TOTALLY exhausting!]. For reasons unknown, he turns the color BLUE in his role as the Guardian Sphinx.
